We ship Worldwide with DHL

Shipping takes 2-4 business days Worldwide 

Each order is sent within 1-2 business days of your order being received.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.

Because we run Ladee Taha from Australia and Bali, your package may be shipped from either Australia or Bali, you will be notified by email when your order is shipped.

 

AUSTRALIAN  ORDERS                                           

Flat rate shipping within Australia- $10

Delivery within Australia takes 2-4 business day.

Delivery to regional areas may take an extra 1-3 business days.

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive updates from DHL regarding the progress of your delivery.

 

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS                                      

Flat rate shipping to US and New Zealand- $10

Flat rate shipping Everywhere else- $20

Delivery to capital cities, major centers and metro areas takes 2-4 business days.

Delivery to regional areas may take an extra 1-3 business days.

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive updates from DHL regarding the progress of your delivery.

If you are not at home to receive your delivery a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at DHL or your local post office for collection. You will need photo identification to pick up your parcel.

 

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY                               

Please note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.

For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST.

International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.

 

RETURNS POLICY                                                    

We want you to love your online purchase from Ladee Taha. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return or exchange the item/s you’ve purchased.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for full price items and 14 days for SALE items. We do not offer refunds on SALE items we can offer credit notes or exchanges only. Items received outside this period may not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.

All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Ladee Taha.

Please ensure you include your Order Number with your return, this number can be found in your Order Confirmation email.
