WE SHIP YOUR ORDER ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!

All orders are sent with DHL Express International Global Couriers which is a world leader in fast & efficient international shipping. DHL delivers to most places worldwide within 2-5 business days.

  • All orders over $300 automatically receive free shipping
  • We work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible, however, shipping times can be affected by public holidays and customs clearing times. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. We advise ordering your Ladee Taha© design in time before your event.
  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number to track your package. You will also get an estimated date of arrival to mark your calendar with ( … of course!).
  • Depending on your order, the total processing time will vary depending on the complexity, design, and size of your specific product. Larger orders will naturally require more time. In case of delay, we will notify you via email.
  • If you needed your order yesterday or by a specific date, please leave us a note at checkout. We'll do our very best to get your order to you on time.
  • TAX: All shipments are delivered duty unpaid. This means any and all customs and/or import duties charged at the destination country must be paid by the customer. Please note that due to customs regulations, Ladee Taha© can not declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

Before contacting us with your return request, please read our return policy below.

We want you to love your Ladee Taha© purchase/s! If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied you can contact us to request a return to exchange the item(s) you purchased.

At Ladee Taha© we ensure a …

  • 30 DAY RETURNS WARRANTY for all full priced items regarding receiving a damaged item, wrong size or wrong product.
    • Customers need to contact us within 5 days of receiving their order and
    • Package needs to be returned within 30 days from the date of the order.

Please ensure you include your order number in your return request. You can find this number in your order confirmation email.

  • After processing your return request you can opt for:
    • any other Ladee Taha© item with a value that equals your first purchase;
    • Ladee Taha© credits (which you can use to buy any other of our products at any other time); or
    • refund the original product price.
  • 14 DAYS RETURNS WARRANTY for all sale items regarding receiving a damaged item, wrong size or wrong product. Customers need to contact us within 5 days of receiving their order. Please ensure you include your order number in your return request. You can find his number in your order confirmation email.

After processing your return request you can opt for:

    • any other Ladee Taha© item with a value that equals your first purchase;
    • Ladee Taha© credits (which you can use to buy any other of our products at any other time); or
    • Ladee Taha© credits (which you can use to buy any other product at any other time)

Ladee Taha© takes full responsibility in case we sent you the wrong size/item. In this case will allow a return to our offices for an exchange or refund. Once we received the item, we will refund the original product price and all shipping costs or resend a replacement at our expense.

It is the customer’s responsibility when they ordered the wrong size and/or a wrong item. In this case, we can allow a return to exchange the ordered item for the correct size/item. In this instance, all shipping fees (both to and from our offices) will be the customer’s responsibility. If the customer chooses a refund, Ladee Taha© will refund the original item price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our return policy time frame.

Once we receive your return item(s), they will undergo a quality review by our customer service team. When cleared, you will be notified about the status of your refund/exchange via email.  We do our best to process refunds/exchanges as soon as your return request is approved by customer service. We will need about 5 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process your return request.

All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Ladee Taha©. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your unique tracking number.
